Processing times update
Please send an image of the damaged item to email@example.com so we can take a look at it. You can return the item for an exchange or store credit if it is deemed damaged in transit.
During checkout, shipping fees are calculated. For Canadian residents only, shipping is free over $99.
Depending on the shipping service you choose as well as the destination, shipping delays can vary. As you check out, you will be prompted to select a delivery option based on price and speed. Regular Post service mail will take between 2 and 10 business days. Express Post usually takes 48 to 72 hours after purchase.

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

In the event that an order is canceled for an in-stock product, it will be refunded as a store credit.
Pick up of orders in-store
When can I pick up my order in store?
We will notify you when you are ready to pick up your order from the store. If all the items in your order are available, you should be contacted within 24 hours.
Cancellations - Pre Orders
A restocking fee of 10% will apply to cancelled pre-orders.
Is it possible to pre-order a product?
Sure. Some products can be pre-ordered with a later release date. All you have to do is choose the product (identified as a pre-order) and complete the transaction. Upon arrival of the product at our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange delivery (at home or in-store pickup).
What are the benefits of pre-ordering a product?
In the event that we receive too little of the product, pre-orders will take priority over all reservations (on a first-come, first-served basis). By pre-ordering, you make sure you get our lowest price. We advertise preorders at a slightly lower price than the manufacturer's suggested retail price, but the price is adjusted once the product arrives in our warehouse.
