At this time, we do not accept returns on TCG products. For all other items, you can return them back, unopened for a store credit.

Pre-orders that are canceled will be subject to a 10% processing fee. There will be no exceptions.

Pre-Order orders will be held until the release or arrival of all items in that order.

We will charge an additional $8.95 shipping charge for Ontario and $12.99 for British Columbia if you wish to split parts of an order ahead of time.

In the event that quantities of products ordered need to be adjusted, we reserve the right to do so. All decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and you will be notified of any changes. In this context, "Buyouts" and other instances concerning high demand products will be considered. An order that is deemed to be for resale may also be subject to an adjustment.
